Program Objective: Red River is using this as a full-time recruiting tool and it is our intention to provide an exceptional career learning experience for qualified candidates. It is our desire that the chosen intern(s) will pursue a full time position with Red River upon graduation. However, an internship is no guarantee that the individual will be offered a full-time position at Red River upon graduation.
Timeframe: There are flexible internships hosted throughout the year.

Can the intern receive college credit for the summer internship? We are willing to work with each of the interns and their college to provide information so they can receive credit for their work. This is a paid internship position so please advise if this conflicts with class credit.
IT Intern Job Description
Skills / Tasks IT Intern will be charged with:
Assist with first level of in-person, phone, or email technical support to Red River employees and possibly Red River's contracted support customers.
Identify, research, and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues.
Document, track, and monitor issues and capture resolutions using Help Desk ticketing tool, and escalate to a higher-level resource if necessary.
Work in a team setting, sharing information and assisting others with tickets.
Exposure to IT operations such as backups and restores, configuration, deployment, security and help desk procedures
Program Guidelines: Students who have completed their /Freshman Year of College/ and will be graduating within the next three years will be considered for an internship position with Red River. Internships also apply to students enrolled in a two-year program that have completed 30 credit hours. Red River expects assistance from the participating College to ensure the internship is a fit for the company and the student.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
