Job Tittle - LPN/LVN (License Practical Nurse)Duration of assignment - 13 weeks (temp to perm)Location - Claremont, NH 03743.
Shift Timings - Day 5x8 - 40 Hours; Noon 5x8 - 40 Hours; Night 3x12 - 36 Hours.
Start Date- 08/16/2023Job Duties:
- Plans and manages patient care according to each patient's needs.
Interviews patients and records their medical history and physical condition.
Obtains patient vital signs, including pulse, blood pressure, temperature, and respiration.
Provides routine care for patients.
Observes patients' health.
Reviews medical charts.
Accompanies patients to their rooms.
Assists physicians and registered nurses.
Experience, Certification & License:
- Minimum 2 years of Experience.
