Our Contractor Services Department has a Vendor Manager position opening, industry experience in property preservation and/or property inspections is required.

The manager will direct quality and efficient customer service to NFR's customers and vendor panel through guidance of NFR's network of independent contractors, including but not limited to:
recruiting, education, development, scorecard metrics and compliance.
Collaborates with Contractor Services leadership and teams to improve overall internal performance and client scorecard performance.
Additional leadership responsibilities include involvement with coaching, staffing, performance reviews and budget decisions.
RequirementsDesired leadership and management skills include the ability to think strategically and take accountability for decisions, act as a mentor and role model for team members by demonstrating professionalism, approachability and a positive attitude while adhering to CORE values.
This position requires a minimum of 3-5 years as an NFR Team Captain or Supervisor or equivalent industry specific experience in property preservation and/or property inspections.
A High School diploma or equivalent and Bachelor's Degree preferred in a relevant field.
A thorough understanding of general finance and budgeting, including profit and loss is necessary.
Additional requirements include excellent leadership, customer service, analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
