Behavioral Health Nurse Supervisor (nights)

We have an opening for a Behavioral Health Nurse Supervisor (nights) at a highly reputable hospital in the heart of central Vermont! As the Clinical Supervisor Nursing for Psychiatric Services, you will be responsible for coordinating and providing direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
This position is full-time and operates on the night shift.

Responsibilities:
Coordinate and provide direct patient care utilizing the nursing process.
Operationalize objectives, policies, and procedures of the hospital and clinical services for a specific shift.
Monitor all department activity, including but not limited to patient flow, appropriate staffing, assignment of care, and staff development Requirements:
Graduate of an approved school of nursing.
Two years of clinical experience preferred.
Licensed in the State of Vermont.
