Support the RN Case Manager
Execute tailored Care Plans
Qualifications for Homecare Registered Nurse (RN) Case Manager:
Proof of Flu vaccination
Current NH LPN license
Home Care experience beneficial, although we will train the right individual
Automobile insurance
Physical within the last year
Two-step TB test
