Description

The Plant Manager will be responsible for:

  • Lead and guide the production team effectively.
  • Oversee production processes to enhance productivity.
  • Assess production activities for optimal efficiency.
  • Estimate production expenses to aid in budget formulation.
  • Manage production budgets efficiently.
  • Maintain the steady flow of raw materials and other essential resources.
  • Ensure the implementation of production plans by setting priorities, scheduling tasks, and monitoring progress, adjusting schedules, and resolving issues as needed.
  • Promote the establishment and execution of a robust safety program across the facility.
  • Foster continuous improvement by establishing metrics and identifying corrective actions to minimize waste.
  • Introduce cost-saving initiatives.
  • Facilitate seamless collaboration and coordination among relevant departments.

Profile

The successful Plant Manager will have the following qualification:

  • Demonstrated track record in Plant Management.
  • Established experience in managerial roles.
  • Comprehensive understanding of business and management principles encompassing budgeting, strategic planning, resource allocation, and human resources.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard equipment and possessing technical expertise.
  • Proficiency in safety protocols, quality assurance, productivity enhancement, demand generation, inventory management, and stewardship procedures.
