If you have gained experience in kitchens recognised by two AA Rosettes, or above, or Michelin Bib Gourmand, or above, or Gault Millau 14, or above and consider both sauces, and fish cookery to be strengths of yours then this is a job you should be considering.
Apart from the fact that you will be working in an excellent kitchen you'll be living in a part of the country recognised for both its stunning beauty and its hospitality.
