Physician Practice Clinical Coordinator is responsible for coordinating clinical duties among all the outpatient practices at VRH. The ideal candidate must have a BSN, a current NH license, BLS certification, and have recent experience in the outpatient practice setting. This position is responsible for effectively supervising clinical personnel, day to day clinical issues and care delivery issues, as well as providing leadership to the clinical staff. A thorough knowledge of nursing practices and principles, thorough clinical knowledge, strong organization skills and multitasking, and the ability to communicate effectively, and the ability to work as a team are a must. eClinical knowledge and HMS knowledge are a plus. This position reports directly to the Director of Physician Practices and is a part of the leadership team.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
