Our new nursing manager for inpatient services will be smart, energetic and resourceful, with excellent clinical skills and experience, and an engaging, dynamic leadership style. The nursing manager will have 24 hour accountability for all aspects of clinical operations for 21 bed medical/surgical/IC units (we are licensed for 25). S/he will promote an environment that fosters professional growth, accountability and autonomy, and a just culture of service and compassion. The nursing manager will work collaboratively with the hospitalist service and other medical and ancillary staff. A bachelor of science in nursing (BSN) is required, with master's degree preferred. Candidates should have at least three years of clinical experience in an acute healthcare organization, as well as management/leadership experience, and a current license in the State of New Hampshire.Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
